MCM Flexible Tiles Production Line

Flexible tiles (MCM material) is a new type of energy-saving and low-carbon decorative material. It adopts natural modified mineral powder as aggregates, green plant fiber and other natural polymers as reinforced materials, and is formed through light enzyme irradiation reaction. As a wall decoration material, it has the characteristics of light weight, good flexibility, diverse appearance and good weather resistance.

It can be used heating table to make flexible tiles, after making it then heat directly on the heating table.It can also put it in cuing room to dry it after production. The output will be higher than heating table.

Manual production line requires a lot of manpower. The output is 300 square meter per day (8 hours).

Compared with manual production line, semi-automatic production line not only reduce manpower, but also increase the output. It is suitable for manufacturers who have high output requirements.
